cam break in

do you know if there is and if so how do you break in the hrc cam

The setup on the 450 cam is not as prone to failure on breakin like most tappet cams , but we always put moly lube on the intake lobes and oil on the exhaust.

The exhaust uses a roller and moly will stack up under the roller not letting it roll freely!

Don't idle engine for 15 min. breakin time ( keep above 1500 rpms)
