Does any run a DG exhaust stage 2 on a 400ex? If So what main jet are you running for below 3,000 feet.

I run an HMF Slip on with a K&N and no airbox lid. With Dynojets I use the 160 and it is perfect. This is probably a good place to start, but it is all trial and error

If you run an air box lid what jet then? I got the pipe because of the price and you are suppost to gain acceleration.

With the airbox lid on I would start with a 155, but it may be a little rich. Try it out, then move down if you need to.

what about the pilot jet is does the stock 38 need to be changed

I have not changed mine because the Dynojet kits are developed to work with the stocker. You may want to change it if you ride in a could climate, but where I am (GA), the stock seems to work fine
