I am taking the dynojet kit out of my carb. I need a base line to start tuning with stock jets. Below are all my specs, any suggestion on where to start. :confused:

With my 440 and stock carb, I always used a 155 main 40 pilot and raised the needle up one notch.

do they use some kind of goofy adapter for a dynojet that a regular kehin jet won,t screw into. i can't get a kehin jet to screw into my carb that has had a dynojet kit in it since i bought it.:huh :huh

yeah just take the adapter off.

Mine is a 165 main, one notch on the needle and a 40 pilot with no choke Starts up faster than my practically stock Polaris.

I would start with the 165 to 170 main jet and the 42 pilot:)

i agree 165-170 and a 42 piolit. seems like a good starting point to me.
