I dont know where youve heard that from. In my opinion they are the best shocks you can get for the money. I run them on my R and i think they are great. They are on the same level as axis and pep yet much much cheaper.

it isn't like i am pulling this out of my arse, i am just saying this is what i have been told. I have never ridden elka's or anything besides stock, and works. so i am just curious as to what other's opinions are to then and why they have these opinions

i've had mine blow seal but any shock will with time. there pretty good shocks. i kinda wanted to order me another set of peps but i don't have the time to have them built by the season so i'll just get my elkas serviced.

how long did it take for a seal to blow out?

about a year of racing. these are also kinda old so they may have changed designs

I think mine are awesome! Much better than works....i think the only better shocks are Axis and they are much more expensive!
