I wouldnt even know where to start, theres no battery, how would i add lights? I mean is there anything special i need to do?

what kind of lights? I'd just tap into the headlight wireing for them.

I'd tap them into the same wires as the ones for the tail light. that way they are on all the time with the lights on.
