If I go +1 on the front end, what offset wheels do I need to get a Maximum of 50" width or under.

3+2 or 4+1

I have 4+5 offset Hipers for the back and will be running a Lonestar Axcaliber extended axle.

Do they measure the width at the rim edge or the tire edge?

Thanks guys.

Well at nationals you drive through a spreader bar and your tires have to go through it, so its end of tire to end of tire, you could run +3+1 a arms with a 4...1 offeset rim and would be fine, a 3 2 would be pushing it but i think it would work as well, i ran 3 2's on my houser +3+1 front end and made it through the spreader bar barely. so just preference really, Also if your getting a +1 front end then you shouldnt have to worry about it being near 50 inches up front, you could go with any rim setup, if your wanting it to be clost to 50 then go with the +3s, hope that helps, later

We talked to houser and I figured they were doing the Longtravel in a +3 but when I asked they said on the 450r they had to stick with a +2 longtravel to stay under 50"

Ya i figured some companies may stick to a +2 setup, i ran my +3s on a narrower aftermarket frame, but my friend has +3s on his yfz with 4 1 offset rims with it just under 50 and i fugured the yfz and 450r would be about almost same width between the frame rails up front. i could be compleltley wrong havnt compared them up close.

The 450R is like 45-46 inches stock, I would think plus 2's would be nearly perfect.

Lonestar said they are achieving almost 50" width using +2 A-Arms and a wheel offset of 4+1.

So I guess I could also run a +1 front end with a 3+2 offset.

Said the arms should be available in about 6 weeks.

Very Nice folks over at Lonestar!
