My 75' panther has been having many electrical problems lately. Finally found out something that i don't understand. I took the kill switch(only the red button) off to clearly see the wires. If I take the brown one and move it across the bars I get spark, but not if i just let it touch, it has to be moving. Both wires together wont give spark, or just the other wire moving. Only when the brown one is slid across bare metal I get spark. What's that mean? This is the only thing I haven't re-wired, so I'm guessing this is it? Any help would be great, thanks.

are you talking about the wires to the kill switch or the wires for thethrottle switch. sometimes you wont get spark cuz the throttle isnt adjusted correctly. youll get spark if you just disconnect the whole assembly. lemme know if you need more help.
