engine mods for a 300ex with out the big bore

11:1 if you still wanna use pump gas

I went w/ a Wiseco 75.5mm high comp piston,FMF Megamax full system & that was it for now & it is better BUT if I was you I would get the cam & springs, you could also go w/ a bigger carb :) Good Luck

You have to start with an after market exhaust. Then I would go with a 11:1 piston, and pick a cam for you style of riding. If you put in a cam, it would be wise to put hardened rockers and heavy duty valve springs in. I made all these mods to my 300ex and i was please, its still a 300 so dont expect the world. But i must admit it made it much more enjoyable to ride.
