Rejetting Question

I will be doing some mods and I was wondering what I should rejet to. I will be doing a high comp piston, XR 400 cam, K&N, air box lid off, and a PC T4 Slip-on. Would I have to change my main and everything? What would you guys suggest.

yea, ur goin up, check ur pipes jettin recomendations for it, then go up a few moe jets, until it stumbles at full throttle, and go back down one. also, raise ur needle to keep her cool, and bump the pilot to a 40-45, if u havnt already.

I forgot I am also porting the head, and would half race and half super unleaded make a difference or should I run pure race. What jet sizes should I go then.
