Looks nice, how loud would you say it is with that pipe?

The pipe is very loud but the are supposed to have a quite one available. The power is great on this pipe.

Looks nice! Man that bumper is big!

How much more power does it feel the exhaust added? Do you have any other mods like, HRC kit? FCR carb? air filter?

The only other mod is the sparks supercharger air filter with the lid off the airbox. The exhaust has streched the powerband out a lot. It has increased the power in the low rpms a ton and pulls harder than stock on the the mid and top quite a bit also.

I wonder how much power would be gained with the quiter core sparks pipe??? I love the the sound of a loud exhaust, but the neighbors hate it:eek2: If the power gains are significant over stock, then I will get a quiet one, if not....well then I'm screwed!!!

Looks really nice lukester.

Did you consider the ceramic coated exhaust?
I can't decide which one I want.......the stainless or coated

The stainless was the only one available when I ordered it but ceramic was considered. I think that I would have went with the stainless anyway.

I bought the stainless also. On the sparks site, it says that the ceramic pipe "may take powere away". they said they were still trying to prove that, but I thought to myself whats a few more dollars to get the best...plus the ceramic are not done yet

What are the advantages of the ceramic pipe? Will it not rust ??

That and ceramic is also lighter.

Ceramic pipe is the same pipe dipped to give it the coating. The coating reduces your eshaust temps. Check out jethot.com to find out more.

What was the price on the full system from Sparks?

Thanks

The price was 459.99. Sorry about the ceramic pipe info I must have been misinformed in the past.

I talked to a tech guy at sparks yesterday and asked the same questions about the ceramic vs stainless. I think the ceramic is like a lb lighter (yippy). But the ceramic is a very thin steel pipe that has the ceramic coating.

I used to have a ceramic pipe on my old rapter and the thing rusted a bunch in like 6 months. I did go to the dunes a lot but 6 months isnt very long.

So i went with the stainless for sure. Wont rust, maybe more power, and all you have to deal with is the pipe discoloring to blue after a while (waaah).

It arrives on monday.
