I have Lonestars DC-4 Long travel a-arms, axle, and PEP ZPS shocks on my 400ex and was wondering if any of these parts will fit on the new 450R. If anyone knows I would appreciate any info.
Thx. Justin AMX #95

You can do a search for more info but in short the Front shocks will work with diffrent A-arms. Aarms won't and the Axel will work but its not easy... You have to use a combination of parts...

I just posted about using a 400EX swingarm and 250R axel on my 450R.... I love it.:)

Hey thanks for that info. I actually went down to bike shop and measured some parts. I found out that the shocks would work but the a-arms were about an inch different at the frame mounts. The axles looked pretty close except for the distance between the back sprocket and the disc. On the 450R they are approximately 1/2 inch shorter than the 400.

Has Anyone put their extended axle off of their 400ex on a TRX450R? (Stock Swing arms)

I was wondering about the a-arms fitting too. I wonder if since Walsh uses aluminum spacers on hiem joints where the arm mounts to the frame that if you have Walsh arms for a EX whether you could just machine spacers on a lathe to make the correct spacers needed for the 450. If someone could tell me the center to center measurement of the new 450 arms I could tell you whether it would work. Just my .02.
