what to buy

i have 4000..acually 3700..i owe my mom some money.. im selling my quad that i got now for 1400 OBO..my ? is..what kinda quad should i buy? my choices are

300ex
400ex
warrior
KFX400
Z400

what should i get? **and please dont say honda honda honda just because this is a honda site...say what you think would be good for how i ride**

i ride tight trails, a small sand pit, jumps, wheelies, open feilds... im 100lbs about 5 foot 2 or 3..thanks

Your area may be different, but around here that wouldn't buy a new 400. It would, however, buy a very nice used 400ex with money left for a few mods. My $.02.

$3,700....a 400ex would prob. be best for you

Yep, I wouldnt buy a new 400EX... they are a dime a dozen and you can get a very clean used 400EX for cheap.

You should get a 400EX you will be glad ya did! If I had it to do over I would buy the 400EX again. I also have a Z400 and I usually pick the EX to ride. Sits a little lower and feels more stable. You should be able to find one for around $3000. If it already has a pipe go get ya some decent shocks.

how about a 90:D Just Kiddin. But you are very small. I would maybe go with a 300ex The 400 would be fine as well but like the 400's the 300's are very cheap right now.

i would say a 400ex but your kind of small so maybe a 300? I dunno what it is like to be that small so i dunno if you can actully fit on a 400ex...

if you can find a nice used kfx 400 that would be good,but like everyone said you kinda small the 300 might be good for you,it is really up to you i think,and your riding ability.

sorry to but into your thread but didnt want to make my own....right now i am like 5 11 and 160lbs and im rockin out a ttr125L(laugh all you want)....i would kind of like another bike but if i dont get one thats ok too....anyways...i was thinkin for a bike a 250F because i hate the power 125's have and i like four strokes....would this be too big for my heigh/weight?...i think the power to wieght with me on this thing would be lethal...and i would say im a pretty skilled rider( and aint skerred to go big)....and how how much culd i pick up a 2001 for?any reliability probs with the bikes?any year to stay clear of?btw i ride at tracks mostly with my bro and his friends on 400's....any suggestions welcome!!:)

i guessed on my heigh..lemme go get the right thing..no..i was right..im 5 foot 2 i sat on a 400ex the other day and i fit fine on it..also i sat on a KFX and fit fine
