Okay, stupid question. When I put my bike back together, and install the +1 swingarm, can I add links to the stock chain, or will I have to buy a different chain? Also, about how many links will I need with +1"? Thanks.

I know a +1 1/4 takes 2 links.

Stock chains have no master link so that sucks for you. If your stock chain is over 1 year old I'd go ahead and replace it.

No master link? That's about right.

Rico, what kind of new chain would you suggest I look at? Thanks.

I bought a White bros chain and sprocket kit. Talon sprockets and DID O-ring chain. Jeff's been using this setup for many many years. I figured if it can hold up to his abuse for that long then it would work fine for me. Price is good too.
