Dual rate or Triple Rate

I wanted to know what would be better Dual rate or Triple rate shocks on a 400ex with stock a-arms. I'm a 150lbs XC rider. thanks to everyone for there input

depends on your budget. i am very happy with my dual rates but if u got the money go for the triple rates;)

i think there is like a $30 difference...with stock a-arms I heard there isnt enough leverage for the triple springs to even make a difference. I got them anyway though just so that deep down I know I didnt try to cheap out on something small like that which could make a big difference...the triple rate springs soak up more small bumps than if you just had dualrate.
