I was hoping personally that one of the Penske boys would win, but once they crashed out, I kinda lost interest in it, I figured Dale Jr. would win, at least it was close, just wish Tony woulda won it, getting a little tired of the DEI domination thing at restrictor plate tracks, its great for those that are fans of them, I'm just not.

I watched it, good race.
I was thinking, I have seen many people get into the grass, the rims catch the dirt and they start flipping. Also, the grass does nothing to slow them down at all.
If you have ever watched formula 1 racing, they have gravel that has been furrowed into lines near the walls. It seems to slow the cars down fast before they crash into the wall. Also, it seems to be rare when the rims catch and they flip. Has anyone thought of this for nascar? Just a thought I had today when the Napa car caught and started flipping.

:( the reason the napa chevy rolled is that the left rear wheel/axle tube broke at the end,like Ryan Neuman last year.spinning in the grass and it dug in to the ground,nothing you can do at that point but just hang on...:eek2: what a ride....:huh does napa sell TP....
