00 400ex slip on jetting Pro Circut

just curious I have to jet a friends quad just bought a slip on pipe pro circut T4 I live in chicago area about 600asv what would be best jetting for main and should I change pilot and how about air screw adj. machine is all stock thanks:confused:

i would probally run around a 152 keihin mainjet. you can put in a 42 or 40 pilot jet if you want. if you have a 40 or 42 pilot jet in, i would start around 2 turns out on the fuel skrew and go from there.
