Well got the tranny apart. all of the gear show signs of wear. Its alot worst thaI expeated. every gear has to be replaced. and the forks didn't look all that good either. I'm pretty suprised that the tranny would wear out this quick. I know I ride hard but took 2 years to wear out one gear in my 400ex. And beat the hell out of that thing. Yahama and my dealer see if the will replce even though they know I raced it.
But about the broken swingarm. I got a great deal on ebay, I pick a stock swinger for 46 dollars. can't beat that any where. So if they warrinty the tranny parts it looks like this will only cost about a $100 dollars to put it all back togather.
