adjusting my shocks??

i got my works shocks yesterday and put them on and to day i read the manual that came with them trying to figure out how to adjust them. and none of the diagrams showing how to adjust them resembled mine.......is this because they were coustom made for my weight and style of riding:confused:

what type of shock did you get from works?

its possible the only adjustment you have is pre load/ ride height

they are dual rates w/o rezzys.........i cant find how to adjust the pre load neither.:o

Put the quad up on a jack or something, then push down on the ring that is at the top of the springs. After pushing it down far enough you will see a big c-clip that goes around the shock body. Move that clip into the grooves that will give you the ride height/preload you want.
