440 big bore kit?

Whats up everyone. I just installed 440 big bore kit on my 400ex with a stage2 hotcam and noticed while reving the motor that the
header pipe start glowing red. any help will be appreciated

did you rejet and ad more air ?

if they are glowing at idle, turn your fuel skrew out and/or put in a larger pilot jet
if they glow at 1/8 to 3/4 throttle, move your clip on your needle down one position.
if they glow at full throttle, put in a larger mainjet.

I have a 42 pilot jet, and a 165main. it does it at half throttle and and can only notice it at night when it is dark
