I was woundering about the price of the spray u can buy that is supposed to help wiht armpump. and does it help with armpump alot?

Dont waste money on stuff like that. Take 2-3 adult asprins every 4 hours on race day. It should help. Asprin will thin your blood. Try it. It works. And of course ride. Also try filling your handle bars with silicone. It will cut down the vibrations.

I found a steering stabilizer works wonders for arm pump, especially in rocks and ruts

Also stretch your forearms & fingers daily. You may also try sports cream on your forearms. Good luck. Let me know how it all works out..
