what do yall tink of for the pro curcuit t-4 for my 250ex......does it have a good sound....does it gain much power?

you probally won't gain much power if i had to guess. the honda's don't seem to open up as much as some of the other bikes on the market with just a pipe and jets. will it help? yes, it will make a little difference. i would look into hmf pipes. they seem to have good quality and prices.
