well its been awhile since the last time I posted my 416ex, and I've made quite a bit of changes so here are some pics from today-hope the pics work....

wow sweet quad man! How did you bolt on your stocker header heat shield? I put heat wrap around the powerbomb part and and then kinda fab.ed 2 hose clamps on the sheild to clamp it on. thanks-darren

:devil: Yoshimura makes their pipes to match stock heat sheilds. My dads raptor has his stock heat sheilds on his yoshi also. Do you get another oil cooler for the thing?:devil:

ooohhh thats right. yeah I mounted and hooked up another stock oil cooler, works pretty well except it leaks a little bit(the seller "forgot" to mention that)... but it dosnt leak enough to notice the oil level going down noticably or anything..:) -darren

yeah! its real easy and only costs someones used oil cooler, then about 1-2 hours and like 10 bucks for the hose clamps and hose, you can do a search for me on this site for directions and pics.-darren
