I tried to bring up the idle some when it was about 8 degrees out and I guess the cold just broke it, the spring shaft that does a 90 degree and is the part that spins when you turn it broke, anyone got one or know where I can get one without paying more for shipping then the part is worth?

Your local dealer should be able to order it. Yeah, you'll pay more through the dealer than Service Honda, but you shouldn't have to pay for shipping.
