Anybody make stickers?

I'm gettin' new plastic for the quad and need some stickers made,help.

me and my buddy takes pictures and print them on sticker paper. then just clear coat them so they are water proof. slap em on our quads. look cool.....

how do you get them to a good enough quality? and whenever i try clear coating them they just run:confused:
