SUBJECT: Fusion

The Fusion Paint line works best on hard, rigid, non-flexing plastic and fiberglass. This coating is somewhat flexible but not elastic. While it will bond to the plastic body panels, it can crack with multiple impacts or if the plastic is creased or bent beyond a 45 degree angle. I am working with the lab for durability and longevity testing on non-rigid, flexible plastics at this time.

Without specific testing, we can not "officially" recommend using the Fusion for your application. This does not mean it can not be used successfully on ATV, but that we can not guarantee or warrantee the product's performance and longevity based on the hard use of an ATV. While the Fusion is a hard, protective, durable finish on its own, the film is not impervious. Keep in mind, Fusion is still a paint coating and can be nicked, scratched, or damaged. Consistent friction or direct pressure with a sharp object will damage the film. Please allow the last coat of Fusion to dry for 7-10 days to reach the film's maximum hardness and cure time.
