406, 10.8:1 ross piston with thinner head gaskets, stage 2 cam, uni filter, x-6, etc:

temperature: 20 degrees F
elevation: 625 feet
mainjet: keihin 160
needle: stock needle with clip in 4th position
pilot: 42
fuel skrew: 2 turns out
