i always wanna go to whinchester, but every day trip we end up at florence.... we haven't been there scence dunefest.
BTW, you do no there is no camp grounds that you can ride out of, there is one but you have to ride gravel.

Right now the plan is Winchester bay. We will be getting a hotel in Reedsport if we go. One main reason we are going there is to scope out the camp sites for this summer when we bring the big trailer with the rest of the group and the women. I'd like to know exactly where we can stay before we get there and realize there isn't a good spot for a big trailer. I'm still shooting for the 21-22.

No, but I think I know who you are talking about. The only riders in my group that where jumping where me, my brother on an lt250r and my friend on a red 250R. We found a 45 foot step-up out twards driftwood. WFO in 4th:D We were also jumping from the backside of comp hill and almost landing on the downside of the front. We where gonna go back with the video camera and hit it again but had to go home:(

DAMNIT! I wish I knew that was you. Or you knew that was me. We went to Winchester today, got some good filming in. I broke my clutch cable in the bottom of this ****ing tree shot, the kind that you have to back down. Ended up having to go WFO Rev Limiter in 1st to get out. I was waitin for it to grenade, but it held. I think my bike needs rings...kinda down on HP. :mad:

Hondaman-I remeber you now. It was in thoose little jumps in a row out by this big berm. I thought that bike look familar(being its in your avatar) and was gonna stop but I couldn't shut off my bike unless I was on a big hill.

Thats kinda funny, seems like I should have recognized your bike from the pics you have posted before. When we were leaving I was looking at your EX thinking,"damn that is a nice ride." I was the short one wearing a white shift hat *****ing about how bad my hands hurt.

My EX was running weird all day, I don't know if anyone else noticed things but it felt down on power and was running hot like it was lean. My starter also went out and we had to push start the damn thing all day. Stalled it down in a couple holes twice. Took 5 people and a tow bike to get it out both tmes:o I also got about 5 blisters on each hand. I have been using safty wire since I started racing and this is the first time I have had it on at the dunes.........it sucks for more then 20 min at a time:o

No, we were up at showoff with a Black F250 and a black car trailer. GTS Motorsports in the back window of the pickup.

I saw that thing. Big ole exhaust sticking out the side:blah: . We where in the red chevy with a rack about 2 spaces to your right;) You deal desiel parts. My dad needs to have a chat with you sometime, he would like to put exhaust on his truck to get a little more go for pulling the trailer. I don't know if you seen one before(probly have), but the stock downpipe from the turbo on the 6.5 chevy looks like someone beat the thing with a 4lb sledge hammer.

No can do, cracked both shock mounts on the lower a-arms. I gotta do some guesseting, my stocker a-arms are starting to get a "roll" bend to them:rolleyes:

Video turned out OK. Will be even better if I can get Scott on editing it. The only prob is I didn't get you flipping the YFZ, You not makeing it out of the tree shot in Florence, and you getting stuck with your clutch cable broke in the treeshot at Winchester.:mad: Seems the damn camera is never on at the right time.:confused:

Ya we'll all have to go down there sometime. Right now we don't have any defineate plans but I think we are going to head for florence on the third week in May, third week in July and third week in Sept. When I get more defineate dates I'll let ya all know.

You still going to make it to Woodland on the 7th? If so we can chat then about that ol' converted gasser 6.9 diesel.:D I haven't really messed with them but I know I can get parts for them. I seem to recall hearing that thing fire up later in the day. It is funny how we were all there and really close but didn't know it.:huh Oh well next time we will! Hopefully I'll have all my parts ready to go by the 7th. I have my frame out being powdercoated now and the head is half way done being ported as I type. Hopefully it will be done in the next day or two and the frame is supposed to be back on Friday. The only thing looking sketchy is getting my nerf bars in time.

I am 99% on being there. I need to get ride time on a bigger track, that indoor was starting to make me clastriphobic:blah: I will shoot you over a pm the friday before. The race is on a sunday. At least now I know what to look for:p

Good deal! I'll probably be the slowest person on the track as I have never raced before. Oh well it should be fun anyway. Looks like I will have everything for my bike back on Friday so then I'll be getting it all back together this weekend. I'm just waiting to find out about my Nerf Bars. If the Parts Manager at my work doesn't get off his *** here really soon I'll be going to the same dealership I bought my bike from to buy more parts. This place is getting rediculous!:mad: Anyway I should be there pending the arival of my nerfs.
