i have a 400ex with turf tamers on the rear on douglas wheels and i see everyone at the races have beadlocks. i was wondering, are they a must? shuld i get them? are they worth the extra money? and do i need front and rear or just rear because i dont think i can afford front AND rear! so whats your opinion becasue i have never had any problems!

if you jump alot then beadlocks will help stop you from continually bending rims.

Xc is almost a must have for beadlocks. if you arent busting up tires youre WAYYYYY behind the pack:p

I run mx and no I am not the fastest dude out there, but I don't run beadlocks and have done just fine. I am also not slow either. Would I like beadlocks? He!! yeah! But I don't got the dough for that.

My ITP T-9 .190's have held up to more than I thought they would.:)
