We have been trying to get ahold of PEP for weeks now - the phone line has been busy every time we have tried to call........has anyone been able to get ahold of them or Wayne lately?? We are trying to get a completion date on some shocks we ordered a while back, and can't get anyone on the line....

Just wondering if anyone else was having the same problems?

Thanks!!

Thanks 465stroker! We are trying that!! :) I don't mind waiting, it's just wierd having a busy signal for that long....just wanted to be sure the store was still there and all!! :) The shocks aren't for me.....I don't have that luxury anymore! LOL!!! ;)

Thanks guys...... :D Missed seeing you at the GNC race, btw!!! :) I might make it back EAST for one of the rounds this year......I had a blast!!! :)

I'm not saying that PEP's aren't quality shocks but I've known people that have waited nearly 8 months and never did get the shocks. He wound up just cancelling the order. If I could be absolutely guaranteed that I'd receive PEP's in 6 weeks I'd buy them. However, I'm not willing to take that gamble when for roughly the same money I could get Axis, Elka, TCS, DeRisi rebuilds, etc. in a realistic time frame.

there is no reason anyone should have to wait more than 2 weeks for shocks.

i waited 6 MONTHS for my pep shocks for my old quad. i got tcs for my yfz.....took like 4 weeks to get to me which is totally fine being their in cali, and its winter and all. i didn't even consider pep this time just because of the wait, its a joke.

Axis is taking care of us...........they have always had excellent customer service and an excellent product - and when they give you a finish time on your shocks they are ON time....so......betwen Elka and Axis I see no need to play the customer service game with PEP in the future.

When I raced a 250R a couple years ago, I bought PEP. Had to wait about 6months for them. I run Elka now and wouldn't change for anything!!!!!

Hmmm...

I got mine in 12 days :D . It didn't matter anyway, I got them in the first week of December, and they are still not on the quad. Oh well, it is too freakin cold to ride anyway.

it took 4 days for me to get my elkas :eek2:

for long travel mx I believe PEP makes one of the best shocks..its such a plush ride, but when buying new price and wait always has to come into play

PEPs for the Dale.....7 plus months to get....Baldwin

PEPs for the YFZ.....ordered 12/29/03, talked to Wayne on the 18th and he said I'll have them next week.....

TCS for the YFZ.....about 6 or 7 weeks

Elkas for the Dale....fastest turn around ever.....less than a week...if only they had their valving down back then I would be running them now. Just left a bad taste in my mouth; and yes....the PEPs are that good......IMO......JIM

Hiper forgot to send my wheels out 2 times and on the 3rd time they finally sent them out. What was going to be 1 week turned into 4 weeks. My dad ordered AC propegs for his a month ago. Ac's bull chit with no nets. Wayne told the guy that i ordered mine from that it will be a month for mine, his, and someone elses. So, we'll see.

My elkas wich i couldnt compare to anything yet, came in about 2 weeks. but u gotta remember thats from cananda.

i ordered my PEP's in December and havent seen them yet. I called the place i got them from and they said they shipped. so hopefully they are true. I knew i would have to wait a while for my peps but its worth it in my opion
