Well I finaly broke down and bought new shocks. I got TCS SSD's. My question is where is the best place to mount the ressies, infront, side, or behind the front uprights? I have seen all three done, but was wondering which would be best? I race haresrambles, and am kind worried about the ressies getting roosted with rocks. So i know someone here has some valuable advice.

Thanks
Todd

No, I don't mind you asking. I got them off E-Bay. They are brand new and will be built for me, so I have to wait 3 weeks for them. They were a really good deal. This is the buyer I got them from. magnoliayamaha. Just do a search for 400EX shocks, and you might find them on there. They seam to put some on every few weeks or so.
Here is my sale link

moastly mx but i do race at tracks that have good size rocks in the roost. your front bumper should give a little protection too
