Signed a nice contract

well..i havent signed it yet and we aren't a 100% sure on it but it sure is nice. I do yard work for a living and my neighbor owns a BIG construction buisness. We are talking about a contract for me to mow 2 of his BIG appartments for $2,500 a year...this would be very nice...plus a crapload of other yards i mow....just kind of excited and thought i would share with you:D

That's pretty cool man. I have a buddy that has been in your business since he was 16 or so and now he has over 350 contracts. He's 32 now. Big business. Keep up the hard work and you will be able to have anything you want just like my buddy. Plus, being your own boss is the best. Hire a crew and let them do all the work!

I have a John Deere 22 horse 52 inch cut, and a Torro Push mower..6 horse 22 inch cut..Steel weed whip and blower...it's a very nice set-up
