not really, unless if your one good as hell rider, and that is one big *** engine in there to,and 5'6 100 lbs.....:eek2: ..idk about that, but if you feel comfortable enough i say go for it,but anyway this should go in the non-honda forum;)

its too big for most smaller people. especially if thats your 1st quad dont even look at it. all we need as another ATV horror story about how a kid was killed on one blah blah blah...........but its a great quad but not for someone that small imo...........it will beat you up:p

i'd say thats WAYYYYYy to big for u... i dunno how strong u are...

i'd say a kfx400 would be the better choice for u... or even a 250

there a bit to handle. my cousin has one.. there fun to ride.. really only good on drags. but if your a good strong rider you can handle one in the woods.. but at 100lbs i doubt your strong enough

Well, my sister-n-law has one. She is 5'6" and about 115lbs. She handles it fine, but she can also handle her husbands DS650.

First off they are good for way more than just drag racing. As long as you have some time on a quad you will be fine. I am 5' 9" 150 and I handle mine with ease. It is a great bike I wouldn't get rid of either of mine for anything.

I'm sorry i thought he was new at riding. lmao.. they are a great quad.. everyone always disses them but to rip on it you need to be a little stronger. and a skilled rider to get the most out of it.

I would buy the 700 if it wasnt auto, altho0ugh kawi does have nice race support for the 700 but for someone your size i think its to big, get a 400ex or a z or kfx

02-08-2004, 07:09 PM
auto is the reason i would buy it...anyone who says they wouldn't buy it for an auto has never ridden one...they are amazing...you can't shift faster than an automatic...i would also like to hear the reasons why you wouldnt buy an automatic.

The only time I ever notice the wieght is when I have to pick it up or get it out of a hole:D . I can move mine around just fine and it will outrun a pipe raptor pretty easy.

I just don't dig auto. I know that the cyntrifugal clutch which holds the engine at prime RPM is the fastest way but to me it just seems............boring.

I also don't dig the shaft drive.
