what do i torque the head bolts to. The roads are to crappy to chance going to buy a manual. please reply today..also anyother points to watch for let me know.

There is a torque spec guide on this forum in the EX Tech section I believe.

Put a little motor oil on the threads and washer/under-head surfaces. Torque in a criss-cross pattern. Step up to final torque figure of 33 ft-lbs. (ie.... 10, 15, 25, 33). Cylinder cover note: the one center 8mm bolt should be torqued to 17 ft-lbs. All the other 6mm bolts should be 8 ft-lbs. Criss-cross & step up to the final figure on those also.
