Is this 400ex a good deal?

I didn't know where to put this question so I posted it here. There is a '99 400ex in my paper for 3,700 OBO. I am asuming it is in pretty good shape. It also says it has lots of extras? Is it worth the money? Thanks

Well if it's a 99 you can count on it being worn out. I would pass on it.
