i want to get a cam and i need to know which is the best drop in cam that i can get. i want more top end. i hear that hot cam stage 2 is good but on the web site it says stage one gives good top end gains. i have a full hmf system k&n with outerware and no airbox lid.

your best bet is to get a higher compression piston and a cam. if you refuse to get a piston, i would only get a stage 1 cam. you will loose a decent amount of low end without a piston. with stage 1, you will gain some power at higher rpms. you could always run a little higher gearing too.
