Starting to mod the V. So far, I've added Elkas all around, dual Yoshimura exhaust, race rims/Razrs, bumper, nerfs, CarbonMan hood, Dalton clutch kit, and some other stuff.

Sounds like a stock car with the duals.

Quadfather,

That thing is looking good. I jsut love the looks of duals, no matter the brand. I am fixing to order that hood, How well is it made and what not.

It does look good I will try and get pics of mine out as I get it ready for the June trip to ST. Anthony's.

Desdak:

I was kind of disappointed in the hood. Especially after shelling out $180 for it. The back of it, where it meets by the handlebars, hardly snaps into place. I would be worried about trailering with it for fear that it might fly off. And, if you look at the pic of the front of the bike, the hood is far from symetrical. One side of it, as it heads down towards the nose, has a very distinct curve to it, and the other side is almost straight. I'm sure the pics don't do it justice, and I just happen to be very anal about stuff like that, but I think if the guy sent me one, and said try it out, if your happy, send the cash, if not, send the hood back, I would be sending him the hood back.

I might call him anyway, and ask about his return policy.

The Yoshimuras are awesome sounding. Deep and throaty. The parts dude at the local dealer has HMFs, and let me hear them one day. Very loud. He didn't have the quiet cores in, though. As a matter of fact, I bought HMFs before I bought the Yoshies, but after hearing them, I ordered the Yoshies. Now I have a set of HMFs for the basement.

Never compared them, but it does like to snack on them between meals.
