Anyone ever tackle this job, basically needs the top-end re-built. Head gasket is leaking, so we figured to have a the top end re-freshed. Piston, rings, clip, bearings etc.. since we have to tear the top end off anyways to put a new head gasket on. Any web site that anyoone can direct me to would be appreciated!! Thanks!!!

The best thing to do is get a manual. It is a pretty easy job to do. Pm me if you have any questions and I'll walk you threw it.

very easy to rebuild.. i currently have my motor in a million pieces (cases split and everything apart...) check out www.macdizzy.com for the blaster rebuild. i just did some porting to mine, milled the head, making a 1mm base spacer, decking the top of the cylinder, and getting my head rechambered... should be fast:) in a month any of you stockers wanna race?
