alright, i have a 90' or 91' Arctic Cat Wildcat 700. it was runnin kinda poorly lately so i tore one of the carbs down. i had to cut about 3/4" off the fuel line because it was stuck on the nipple on the carb. anyway, here is my first question...
because snowmobiles have fuel pumps, do the fuel lines need to be the same length? in our quads, the tank is gravity feed (and we only have one carb) so its not an issue. but like in diesel engines, the lines all have to be the same.

anyone know? thanks.

no they dont have to be the same because the fuel pump keeps the same amount of pressure in the lines no matter what the length is of the hose.

Most of those old Arctic Cat Fuel pumps do work that well anyways, might as well make them short as possible anyways.
