I just bought this truck for $500 It is a 1977 FORD F-150 ranger 4x4. It is a long bed standard cab. It has a 351modified and a 4 speed. It has got brand new 33' tires and new rims. He said It ran when he parked It but the clutch is starting to slip. My dad is a mechanic for Kenworth and me him are going to restore It. I bought it with my onw money and im only 14 but will get my liscence early. It has minimal rust and all crome is in great shape.
Do you guys have any of these hi-boys or think its a good deal.

Great deal

Go here http://www.projectbronco.com/main.htm

I know it's called project bronco, but it's by far the best site out there for 73-79 ford 4x4s as well as 78-79 broncos.

This site is a great resourse--message board, tech articles, all the info you will need to restore your truck.

BTW here's mine

thats a nice truck to restore, there is a few just like that around here, painted a darker red, cool looking but no "bling" rims, big sand tires, duals.. And some interior work. i would do all that.

Those are 33/12.5/15, and they fit w/no lift.
