Just got a new Burgard twin row carrier, and installed it. Put my stock axle in, and caliper stay on, no problems. I put the brake rotor/hub on, and it will not seat all the way. It looks like the sleeve in the center of the carrier is about 1/8" too long, so the bearings are actually not in far enough. Anyone else with a Burgard carrier run into this problem?

my center sleeve was too short causing me to burn the bearing out fast

NO problems with mine..

I know the axle is a snug fit, are you sure the axle is all the way thru the carrier??

Thanks guys.

Yeah Rico, I'm sure its in all the way. I even tried putting the rotor assy. in without the axle in. I got the same results. The assy. looks like it is as far in as it will go, and the sleeve looks like it is right up against the bearings.
