Does anybody know if a 250r clutch cable is any longer than the 400ex? I am trying to reroute it up my frame rail next to my oil cooler because my headers keep melting throught them. anybody have any ideas? I might call duncan here soon I want to see if the can build me a 416 I bet it would be bad ***

your routing it wrong or somthing, cause i've got some nasty huge headers on my bike with the clutch cable running right down the center of them and i've never had a problem with any of my cables melting, you can bend that bracket at the motor to get the cable farther from the header if need be, there there is no reason for you to have to route the cable like your wanting too i would figure out your problem first

The motion pro 400ex clutch cable is a little longer and you can run it under the pipe. Instead of inbetween the header.
