250r or 400

I am posting for a friend. He doesnt really like buying offline if he cant see or ride the bike in person. So he asked me to find some 250r's or 400's that are in the area. We are in Pa outside of philly. And willing to drive a little ways to see but nothing crazy. And i dont think he is looking to spend over like 3700. But thats just my guess. If anyone has anything let me know.
