Shock adjusting...

I weight about 140lbs so the suspension on my new 450r is way too stiff... a friend is coming over tommarrow with a tool to adjust the shocks. I need to knew exactly how I go about doing this so that it is soft enough to lower it and soak up bumps, and still not bottom out on pretty big jumps. Thanks!!!

BTW, im sure this will help a lot of people who is just buying their 450r's and will be a valuable tread if it is sucsessful...:) :muscle:
