my friend has 20-11-9 shredders on the stock 1999 300ex rims i was wondering will that size fit on the stock 400ex rims cause im thinkin bout pickin up a pair of those thanx

Yes, they should fit fine. You can even put his rims/tires on your 400ex to see if you like them before buying them. Good luck!

They seem to look like they are the same size, i wanted to see what a pair of 20inch rear tires would feel like on my 300, so my buddy was gonna let me mount his on mine for me to try it

Yes, the 400ex rims/tires will work on a 300ex, and vise versa ...... I swap mine from time to time. The bolt hole pattern is the same, and I think the offset is the same too. Good luck, it should work just fine!

They're the exact same rims. Front and rear.

What I mean is the fronts are the same on both the 300 and 400, and the rears are the same between the 300 and 400. Figured I better explain myself before I got some dumb@$$ response...

same thing with the rears of a 200x and all 250ex tires they are all the same

ya they fit, my friend i switched rear tires to try them out, he has a 400ex with stock tires and i have a 300ex with stock tires, we put his rear tires on mine and mine on his, they bolt right up, no problem

Not all wheels phatswinn some of the old 3 wheelers are 5 bolt.

I also believe that 87' 250X front wheels are a different pattern also.

It matters what size of tires you have. If your friend has
20x11x9 then you have to check it yours are 20x11x9.

Yes the 87 250x front pattern is different
Tire size is as following
1rst number is diameter of tire
2nd number width of rim
3rd number diameter or rim
ex. 20x11x9
20 inch tire
11 inch wide rim
9 inch rim
You can usually put different widths on a tire up to a inch or 2 .

sorry i thought they all were, i have a 300ex with 400ex wheels and i had the wheels from my recon on ther too, one time i went riding and i borrowed my buds 250x extra front weel after i mangled it on a rock under the water in a stream so i thought they were just all the same.
