which a-arms are better??

i cant decide and i figured that i would ask some ppl that had some experience with both of these types of arms. i was thinkg about plus 2 or 3 and definatley 1 forward, any replies would help thanks, for a 250x or 300ex

No complaints with my +1 burgards. Lonestar I believe have rec arms and an upgraded a arm. Burgard I think has the same though XC a arms.

well they r a lil different for ur 400ex, i wanted to know from somebody who has ran them on a 300 or 250x, thanks ne way
