I just got a E-Series slip on and a white brothers air filter. What is the next thing i should do to get more power

jet the bike.

after that, a cam and piston will open the bike up.

high compression piston and a cam

i agree, 11:1 piston and a cam...... or if you have the money, forget the motor a while and get some good shocks
