make sure the bike is up to FULL temp or it may not run to its potential.

Did your mainjet fall out? Are your floats adjusted to the right height?

Did your mainjet fall out?
Check your mainjet, it could be clogged. While it's running try tapping on the side of your floatboal with the handle of a screwdriver. You could also try this, with the motor running and the airfilter off, rev up the motor to about 1/4 throttle or so and the cover the carb intake with your hand. Right when the motor is about to die from no air, take your hand off and rev it up. Sometimes that will get trash out of your main jet. Your main jet controls upper mid to full throttle and if its clogged that may be why it bogs when you "stomp" on it. Good Luck.
