Valve adjustment, and valve seal questions

Does anyone have the valve adjustment specs for the HRC cam?

I also need to know if new valve seals need a break in time and if I need to run a petrol based oil instead of synthetic. I am Running T4-R right now. Need to know in a hurry.

there's no break in on the valve seals, and difinitely don't run synthetic during break in, wait like 4-5 good rides before running it.

You can run synthetic oil if your rings are already seated and just changing cam. 004 in.,005 ex.
