Man those red rings sure match the plastic better than they do on the red frame of the YFZ. Nice looking bike.

I have an elka rear shock and yes it needs to be dialed in, i just put the nerfs on, kill switch, and I am still waiting for my axle, swingarm and steering stem to arrive. The fronts on it are elka triple rate, because they sent me the wrong shocks, i ordered quad rate and they should be here friday.

You can send me those ones when your quad rates get there...

So the back will lower a lot once you dial it in? Get some pics once you do that!!

Hey I asked first!!:cuss:

Also what size a-arm are they set up for?

Sorry but nobody gets the shocks, it was golden west cycles mistake that they sent the wrong ones. UPS picked them up yesterday, and my new quad rates should be here friday. The A-arms are Laeger long travel, and yes the rear will lower when i get it dialed in. Someone asked about the front shocks having ssd, no they are just zero preload and comp adjustable. I think i am going to put a Roll design swingarm on it to lower the rear even more, The roll is a pretty hot piece of work. Overall, I like the 450r and i think the yamaha is cool, but i ride red! Oh yeah, the wheels are front 10x5 with a 4-1 off set and the rear are 9x9 with dual beadlocks and they are 4-5 off set.

I am running the CR-double hi bend bars, 1009. I think that they look and feel good. These are the bars that I have had on everyone of my bikes and i have been very happy with them.

nice, but I have to agree with DirtWheels on the 450r, looks like the design team left town before the plastic design was sent to the vendor. Who would have thought Honda would copy off the Predator.

still nice, though:cool:

I'm talking about the plastic only, where it doesn't fully cover the tank.

Only thing that Blows about the plastic, if you scratch or damage that tank.........$$$$$OUCH$$$$$. I wish they would have covered it up with some shrouding.

Otherwise I think the design great. Seen one in Person? If not, you ain't seen one at all.

I am going to go with a Roll Design steering stem and the shocks cost me $970 and the A- arms were $800. Golden west has the most parts for these things as of now, they have some really good prices too.

I talked to Roll on Monday and they said the only stems they have are the two prototypes on Farr's Trx's They said about 4 more weeks before they begin production.

I need a stem sooner than that. If anyone knows who has stems let me know
Thanks
