I may be wrong but i think 200x was only a 3 wheeler. and the 250x was the quad... i am not sure though.....But if it is a 250x you mean my friend has one and if you want pm me and tell me exactly what you want measured and i can do it for you

I'm pretty sure you will get at least an inch narrower on each side.

Yep - At least 1" per side if you install them the standard way and about 1.5" per side if you install them backwards - you will have to knock your studs out in reinstall them in the right direction.

You pickin up what I'm puttin down Rico??

wouldn't getting a different axle be easier?

What's maximum should your width be for gncc, front & rear?

I've got +2 a arms with soon to have 4+1 hipers and a rpm axle.

thats wide, but you should be alright, i think that puts you at about the same width as a predator

I'm at 44" in the front and 45" in the rear.

UH OH. I need to put my quad on a diet, if I wanna ride gncc!!! Although my lack of speed should make up for girth.

lsr axles have spacers in them to adjust width from stock to +4, take your hubs off and remove the spacers, put the hub on then the two spacers. you will be at stock width.

Even with the spacers on the outside like he has them, its 2" wider than stock.

LMFAO

I"m pretty much up to date on how LS axles work.;)

I have the stock axle at home and the LS axle on the quad. Swapping them out isn't a big task at all but it's easier to swap out hubs. Rick I follow ya loud and clear good buddy. I've got a bid on a set on ebay right now, maybe I'll get lucky and get em. I'm hoping the splines are the same as the 400ex. Rick you got any insight on that:confused:

And also the LS axle does not go to stock width, at least mine doesn't and I truly dont' know any that do Unless you order a stock lenght NON adjustable one..

Nope, not at all. I'm just wondering if the added width is causing me to grab rocks that are sticking out into the ruts on the trails that others might miss running stock width. I've run a wider axle for so long that Trees dont' even bother me anymore I dont' even let up going between tight trees. It could just be my luck and narrowing up the rearend might not do chit..

good thinkin Rico. That would make sense why your tearin up sidewalls. Your probably riding just past the point of where the ruts are worn...putting extra stress against the sidewall....

I have the durablue eliminator 2+2 and I put my 400ex hubs on my bike and thought I would be too wide so I stole Colbys cannondale hubs and I think I gained an 1" on each side..
